I’m Baaaaaack !!!!

I’m back from Pittsburgh Quilt Market, and boy did I bring home a lot of fabric!!  100 pounds of it according to the scale at the airport!  The market was smaller than usual, but just as exciting!  I was one of the first in line at sample spree (for those of you who don’t know what sample spree is, it is pure mayhem, with about 1,000 women fighting over fat quarter bundles at the Moda Booth) I waited in line for three hours (yes, I’m nuts) and I made a mad dash to the Moda Booth to snatch-up all the newest fabrics!

We’ve got so many new patterns and books ordered that every day is like Christmas.  You will have to come by the shop to see whats new!

here is a sneak peek of what went on at Market

Moda really knows how to throw a party!  They rented 2 riverboats that were filled to capacity.  We cruised up and down the Alegheny/Ohio Rivers and really saw the beauty of Pittsburgh
